You drive project specifications to a successful close. You own the Business Specification Document (BSD) and secure its sign-off. Working closely together with the Engineering Manager and engineering squad, you use your insights to deliver a seamless, working system for the customer.
You lead complex engagements and act as an experienced Backbase consultant. As a Backbase product expert, you are also a trusted advisor in the Australian banking domain. You support our customers to create and implement their omnichannel digital banking transformation. You keep it simple, translating bank strategy into a game-changing customer experience.
Your role combines deep Australian banking expertise with a hands-on focus on implementation. You communicate progress, risks, and blockers clearly with your core team. You capture and prioritise customer requirements, identify product improvements, and define best practices. You are highly organised, finish what you start, and thrive in fixed-deadline environments. You also manage feature requests and product bug reports directly with our product team.
