Job DescriptionThe Behind the Meter (BtM) team is a newly created team focused on delivering on our future strategy, developing digitally powered renewable energy solutions like solar, batteries and EV chargers so that more people can electrify their home.
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to support our cutting-edge Behind the Meter (BtM) initiatives. In this role, you’ll work across a diverse and collaborative program that spans marketing, legal, field services operations, customer sales & service, technology, and product management.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of energy by helping deliver integrated BtM solutions that include solar, battery storage, EV charging, and more making a real impact on how customers purchase devices, manage and consume energy.
- Lead stakeholder engagement to define and deliver business improvements, new products, and BtM initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement, embedding innovation and efficiency across processes and solutions
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Partner with technology teams and vendors to deliver high‑quality, end‑to‑end solutions
- Lead UAT, risk management, and issue resolution to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Support change management, training, and adoption, while mentoring business analysts and staying across industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Analyst or Senior Business Analyst delivering business‑led initiatives, including new product development and IT integration
- Strong capability in facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating outcomes into clear business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Hands‑on experience planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test plans, test cases, and business-wide execution
- Comfortable working across hybrid delivery environments (Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall)
- Highly analytical with strong problem‑solving skills and a focus on quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cross‑functional teams
- Proficient with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms.
- Energy industry experience is highly desirable, particularly across solar, batteries, EV chargers, hot water systems, or pool equipment
