We'll trust you to:
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Translate business needs, client feedback, and strategic priorities as input for BRDs, FRDs, and PRDs. You will own the business logic and acceptance criteria.
- Product Backlog Health: Groom, prioritise, and refine the Arc backlog; defend prioritisation rationale to stakeholders; ensure the team always has a well-groomed, ready-to-develop backlog
- User Story Excellence: Write clear, testable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, edge cases, and technical dependencies in collaboration with consulting SMEs, Product and engineering leads
- Solution Design: Map workflows, design configuration patterns, and draft rough wireframes to guide UI/UX team and engineering. Work with engineering teams to identify architectural and dependency risks upfront.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate requirements workshops with commercial stakeholders, consulting SMEs, and leadership; translate feedback into problem statements and actionable change requests
- Clarity & Alignment: Act as the credible bridge between business and technical teams; proactively surface risks, gaps, and scope issues; ensure alignment on what's being built
- Training & Enablement: Draft release notes, internal training decks, and enablement materials to help consulting/delivery teams understand new Arc capabilities and how to use them
- Process Optimisation: Analyse how Arc is configured and used across clients; identify opportunities to standardise workflows and configurations; document and advocate for reusable patterns and best practices
- Knowledge Capture: Contribute to Arc playbooks, configuration templates, checklist documents, and best-practice guides that scale across the organisation
- You Will Not Own (But Will Actively Support)
- Project Management & Timelines: The Delivery Manager owns formal project timelines, RAID logs, and resource planning; you advise on scope and dependencies
- UAT Execution & QA: The QA team owns UAT execution, test case creation, and test management; you define scope, validation criteria, and happy-path scenarios
- UI/UX and Dashboard Design: The UI/UX team will own and implement design decisions in consultation with SMEs; you specify data requirements and validate outputs conceptually in line with the user story
- Implementation logic & Configuration: The Consulting/Delivery teams own implementation logic and configuration; you provide requirements clarity
- Strategic Business Decisions & Launch Sign-Off: The Product Leadership own strategic roadmap decisions, launch approvals, and go-to-market planning; you inform with data and stakeholder insights
You'll need to have:
- 50% Business Analysis & Requirements / User Stories: Discover, analyse, and document comprehensive requirements; maintain and refine the product backlog; write high-quality user stories
- 15% Process Mapping & Operations Enablement: Analyze client usage patterns; standardize workflows; document reusable configuration templates and best-practice playbooks
- 15% Stakeholder Communication & Training Support: Facilitate workshops and working sessions; draft release notes, training materials, and internal enablement; join client discovery conversations
- 20% Ad-hoc Strategic Analysis & Special Projects: Support legacy product consolidations -Beghou Platforms, pilot new features, evaluate new use cases, and drive special initiatives that influence the Arc roadmap
- Health care / Life Science experience mandatory
