Key Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with stakeholders to understand drivers, trends, opportunities and share insights and actionable recommendations
- Support the development, audit, and maintenance of dashboards and management reporting using Tableau
- Audit financial metrics across systems to ensure accuracy and completeness across systems
- Build and maintain Excel-based financial models to support forecasting and strategic decision making
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, leadership requests, and operational decisions
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales leadership to provide financial insights and decision support
- Work with large datasets from multiple systems (NetSuite, Salesforce)
- Support process improvements, automation, and scalability of FP&A reporting and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role
- Advanced Excel skills required, Tableau and SQL knowledge a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and comfort working with non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced software environment
