● Lead the project and be the key liaison for requirement gathering, problem definition and creation of user stories
● Applying the right analysis frameworks to develop creative solutions to solve complex business problems
● Building a deep relationship with the client by helping to define their stated needs in the context of their broader business or clinical context
● Developing high-level solution design recommendations and working with software developers, data engineers, platform engineers and machine learning engineers to build, test and assess solutions that address the client’s business problem and optimize business outcomes based on client’s success criteria
● Applies industry best practices and promotes standards for execution and delivery approach
● Working closely with remote project team members (including multiple time zones) to ensure seamless communication and delivery cadence
● Maintain active alignment with product and business teams to assure clarity on business priorities, and plan for the long term and short-term execution of tasks
● Own the complete SDLC of our product(s) by managing the solutioning, engineering, testing, release and maintenance.
● Showcase thought leadership on technology roadmaps, agile development methodologies and best practices
● Identify and mitigate conflicts, manage inter-dependencies and resolve project issues quickly and efficiently
● Work collaboratively with the internal and customer stakeholders to achieve project goals in forecasted timelines
