You will help define and deliver a series of diverse key projects with the team. The roles present a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who is enthusiastic about closer connection with our customer’s core business.

• End-to-end project involvement from leading workshops through to design and delivery phases.
• Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
• Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents
• Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers both internally and with the clients
• Support UAT during all phases of testing to ensure that the solutions are ready for release.

Must have

• An experienced practitioner with at least 3 years experience in consulting/analysis/policymaking
• Experience working in/with government 
• Experience working with user centred design and agile
• An individual with strong interpersonal skills who is experienced in managing and working with senior stakeholders 
• A confident, self-starter who is experienced setting the direction of work and leading others
• Experience in strategic thinking, influencing and decision making
• Strong analysis experience e.g. options analysis, feasibility analysis

Desirable 

• Experience working in policymaking
• Experience in user-centred policy design is highly desirable
• Experience on Discovery's
• Experience in business development - generating new work and/or building new service offerings 
• Russell group university
