Job DescriptionYou will help define and deliver a series of diverse key projects with the team. The roles present a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who is enthusiastic about closer connection with our customer’s core business.
We are seeing unprecedented growth across several of our key practice areas. - End-to-end project involvement from leading workshops through to design and delivery phases.
- Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
- Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents
- Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers both internally and with the clients
- Support UAT during all phases of testing to ensure that the solutions are ready for release.
Must have
- An experienced practitioner with at least 3 years experience in consulting/analysis/policymaking
- Experience working in/with government
- Experience working with user centred design and agile
- An individual with strong interpersonal skills who is experienced in managing and working with senior stakeholders
- A confident, self-starter who is experienced setting the direction of work and leading others
- Experience in strategic thinking, influencing and decision making
- Strong analysis experience e.g. options analysis, feasibility analysis
Desirable
- Experience working in policymaking
- Experience in user-centred policy design is highly desirable
- Experience on Discovery's
- Experience in business development - generating new work and/or building new service offerings
- Russell group university
