- PLN 12 000 - 19 000 monthly gross (Contract of employment).

Discovery & Requirements
- Run end-to-end discovery - from stakeholder interviews to technical deep dives.
- Turn business needs into clear, testable, and prioritised requirements.
- Map processes and systems (BPMN, UML) to spot gaps and optimisation opportunities.
- Identify integration points across complex enterprise landscapes (ERP, CRM, CMS, APIs, data platforms).
Technical & Solution Analysis
- Collaborate with EMs and Tech Leads to shape scalable, future-proof architectures.
- Validate technical feasibility, security, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Decompose complex solutions into deliverable, trackable increments.
Presales & Client Engagement
- Lead requirements capture in presales and RFP processes.
- Shape solution proposals with Delivery & Engineering.
- Build credibility with C-level and technical teams by linking technology to business impact.
Value & Delivery Alignment
- Ensure delivery outcomes match intended business results.
- Use analytics and data to validate ROI.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivered solutions.
- 5+ years in IT / Technical BA roles across multiple industries.
- Proven track record in enterprise-scale, multi-system integration projects.
- Strong background in digital product delivery from discovery to launch.
- Mastery of BPMN/UML and process mapping.
- Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, integration patterns.
- Ability to read and validate technical documentation (API specs, DB schemas).
- Hands-on with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and data analysis basics.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Power BI, GA4, Looker).
- Elite-level facilitation and communication - from exec boardroom to dev standup.
- Ability to simplify complexity without losing detail.
- Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.
- Stakeholder management in high-pressure, multi-party environments.
- An excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+).
- Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart.
