Position Summary:
This position will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role will lead analysis of current state and gather, facilitate, or define requirements to meet future state needs. Additionally, this role will also assist with or lead software application and infrastructure projects through the entire project life cycle. This position will work with business stakeholders and project teams to gather, review, analyze, and document business needs and objectives for technology and process solutions. This role will translate business objectives into written functional and technical requirements for the technical team.
Essential Job Functions[1]:
- Perform and coordinate requirements analysis, design, testing, deployment, and develop relevant documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and change management
- Interview stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, survey and document current business processes, and recommend business process improvements, conduct requirements gathering, impact analysis, ensuring stakeholders' alignment and testing for adherence to risk based controls
- Develop and drive to project plans for multiple initiatives - both process and technology-related - in parallel
- Ensure that information relevant to the team is communicated promptly, thoroughly and via the most appropriate channel
- Perform evaluation and use analytical skills allowing to troubleshoot and resolve complex business issues relating to the infrastructure, technology and operations
- Evaluate third party solutions by multiple vendors for adoption based on business and technical requirements
- Implement project specific deliverables, coordinate development of solutions establishing product scope and business requirements, pilot groups discussions and user acceptance testing
- Lead the architecture definition and technical consultation of implementation programs
- Lead the design, planning and implementation of complex systems
- Provide leadership and set technical direction to project team
- Work closely with the IT leadership to establish technology strategy at an application level
- Translate business requirements into systems design
- Establish high, mid and micro level project plans
- Lead risk and estimation efforts
- Establish competencies and knowledge management
- Drive improvements of techno-functional solutions and workflows
- Manage performance issues / risks with software implementations
- Verify technical feasibility and validate solution options for the requirements
- Provide leadership for the services provided for projects using COTS products
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Define reporting and alerting requirements
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Communicate key insights and findings to product team
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years experience in full–cycle technology solutions.
- 4+ years working for financial services industry. ETF, Mutual Fund of Brokerage a plus.
- Five or more years project management experience with emphasis on enterprise systems development.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications.
- Previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis and working with Stakeholders to define requirements

- Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to interact with various departments and all levels of management.

- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Individual must be well-organized and able to work in a team environment.
- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skill.
The compensation for this position includes salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
