  • Help ensure delivered solutions meet expectations and provide real value
  • Define and refine user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability and optimal user experience.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative digital solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, resolve conflicts, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending potential applications to enhance business operations.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Lead business analysis workstreams on complex digital projects, managing stakeholder expectations, scope, and competing priorities to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Support delivery of complex digital initiatives by coordinating requirements, dependencies, and decision-making across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders on objectives, requirements, and success measures for complex digital products and change initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience writing user stories, requirements, and process flows
