In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology vendors to deliver high-quality business analysis outcomes within a fast-paced environment. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract based on-site in Darwin, NT and will require relocation.
RequirementsWhat You’ll Do
- Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyse, document and manage business and functional requirements.
- Map current and future-state business processes, workflows and requirements.
- Identify gaps and opportunities between business needs and system functionality.
- Support solution design, system integration, testing and implementation activities.
- Develop clear and accurate business analysis and project documentation.
- Facilitate walkthroughs and stakeholder validation sessions.
- Work closely with project teams and vendors to support successful delivery.
- Manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
- 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong experience across requirements gathering, process analysis, process mapping and information analysis.
- Proven experience translating business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Experience with software integration, testing and implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in complex environments with high-priority deliverables.
- BPMN 2.0 or similar process modelling experience is highly regarded.
- Government and/or financial systems experience will be advantageous.
- A collaborative, professional and accountable approach.
- National Police Clearance required.
- Based in, or willing to relocate/travel to, Darwin, NT.

Skills Required
