At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.  

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key analytics partner to our Care organization, with a primary focus on financial forecasting and target setting for the Care department. Beyond forecasting, you will drive automation of analytical workflows, deliver ad hoc analysis that directly informs business decisions, and develop new insights and reporting that shape how Care leadership understands and acts on performance data. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of financial rigor and operational analytics— requiring someone who can build a forecast and tell the story behind it.  
You will collaborate closely with leaders from various teams including operations, product, marketing, and customer success. Your ability to extract actionable insights, communicate data-driven stories, and influence strategic decision-making will be crucial to our success.  

What you'll get to do...

  • Lead forecasting for the Care organisation, including target setting, modelling assumptions, and communicating insights to finance and operations leadership
  • Design and develop end-to-end reporting systems and dynamic dashboards that provide clear visibility into business performance and sales drivers
  • Oversee data pipelines from third-party SaaS platforms into internal systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness for all stakeholders
  • Analyse sales, product, and customer success data; deliver ad hoc analysis and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Care leadership
  • Collaborate with technology, analytics, operations, and business teams to resolve data issues, improve workflows, and leverage AI tools to automate and accelerate analytics

Your experience should include...

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics with strong hands-on experience manipulating large datasets and delivering insights in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Scala, or C++)
  • Strong experience with BI tools (especially Amazon QuickSight), building dashboards, end-to-end reporting systems, and analytical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights, influence decision-making, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Advanced Excel skills, and exposure to AI/automation tools

You might also have...

  • Experience with customer care/ contact centre metrics (e.g., handle time, contact rate, sales per contact)
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
  • Familiarity with statistical forecasting (time series, regression, predictive analytics)

Skills Required

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics working with large datasets
