Your Impact:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables such as data models, integrations, and user interface specifications
• Act as a bridge between business and development teams to ensure effective collaboration and clear communication
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues proactively to both business and technical stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and change requests to ensure successful outcomes
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across the team
• Maintain Change Requests that may arise during delivery and prevent scope creep.

What You Bring to the Table :

• 3+ years of experience as a Functional or Business Consultant, preferably with exposure to large-scale enterprise systems. Experience in the telecommunications industry is a strong plus
• Understanding of Inventory Management principles, particularly in designing and integrating resource and service inventories.
• Experience with TM Forum Open APIs and ODA-aligned architectures is preferred.
• Experience in software delivery lifecycles (SDLC) and/or Agile project methodologies
• Familiarity with integration concepts, web services (SOAP, REST), and messaging systems (JMS, Kafka, etc.)
• Ability to write and review basic SQL queries for data analysis and validation
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to align business and technical perspectives
