We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support Supply Chain operations by delivering insights that drive efficiency, resilience, and performance. This role works closely with Data Translators and supply chain stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.
What will you be doing?
- Strategy (15%): Support supply chain data strategy aligned to operational excellence and enterprise transformation goals. Drive initiatives focused on inventory optimization, service levels, and demand planning. Identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance through analytics.
- Design (15%): Translate supply chain processes into analytical models and reporting solutions. Collaborate with SMEs and data teams to ensure scalable and reusable data designs. Enhance reporting tools for improved usability and operational insights.
- Execute & Govern (50%): Ensure high-quality, reliable data aligned with governance standards. Support Agile delivery of supply chain analytics solutions. Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain issues and performance gaps. Validate data requirements, KPIs, and reporting outputs with stakeholders.
- Communicate & Train (20%): Deliver insights to supply chain teams using data visualization and storytelling. Create documentation supporting data usage and reporting structures. Facilitate training sessions to drive adoption of analytics tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in supply chain analytics or operations analysis. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs (inventory, OTIF, demand planning). Experience with data platforms (Snowflake, AWS) and visualization tools.
