Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for its new Senior Business Analyst - SE, MBSE & AI (f/m/d) to join our IT & Digital teams based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing digital transformation and emerging technology integration at the intersection of Business and IT. Within the IT & Digital department, you will be involved in aligning technological opportunities with operational requirements aimed at optimizing business processes through Systems Engineering (SE/MBSE), System Thinking, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Designed to follow an expert career path, this position prepares you to eventually take on broader enterprise-level expert responsibilities, such as driving Centers of Excellence (CoE), Tech Forums, and Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives.

Your challenges:
- Strategic Vision & CoP Contribution: Help define the trajectory for future IT products and services, shape E2E PLM strategies, and drive Centers of Excellence (CoE), Tech Forums, and Knowledge Management.
- AI & Innovation Strategy: Identify areas for business process improvement through IT, focusing on use cases where AI, Agentic AI, and data analytics maximize operational efficiency.
- Functional Architecture & Design: Deliver technical/functional designs for applications and components, acting as the guardian of functional architecture, sizing, and data models (DM).
- Strategy & Planning: Formulate functional and non-functional requirements, advise on solution lifecycles, and support IT Product Managers with product roadmaps.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Bridge the gap between Product Management and technical teams to ensure the integrity and performance of delivered solutions.
- Business Enablement & Change Management: Provide process reengineering expertise and guide users through the cultural, ethical, and operational shifts driven by AI adoption.
- Specifications & Documentation: Draft clear documentation (current challenges, future requirements, benefits) and define technical specifications with stakeholders.
Your boarding pass:
- Experience: Proven professional experience (at least 5 years) in Systems Engineering or Business Analysis within a complex environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep practical knowledge of Systems Engineering (SE), Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and System Thinking frameworks.
- Process Engineering & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of legacy IT integration, digital transformation, and end-to-end business drivers.
- AI & Digital Literacy: Solid foundation in AI concepts (data requirements for machine learning, predictive modeling) and multi-domain technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to translate complex SE/MBSE concepts for business stakeholders, strong autonomy, problem-synthesis capabilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Change Management Advocate: Ability to guide users through the operational and cultural shifts accompanying AI adoption.
