Position Summary
As a Senior Business Analyst you will be joining the Sales Air Content team, a team of 30+ analysts and specialists spread out in four different locations, Stockholm, Athens, Mumbai and Madrid. As part of the Sales Department, our team is dedicated to ensuring we can source all flights in the world as well as book them. We collaborate closely with both the business and development departments to create innovative solutions that drive the company’s future success. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our core business, working alongside internal and external stakeholders and partners.
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Senior Business Analyst that scores high on accountability and has a strong will to win. In this strategic role, you will be pivotal in identifying gaps in our existing flight content and driving initiatives to close them. You will operate in the core of what Etraveli has to offer and you will do so with a revenue and customer centric perspective as you contribute to Etraveli’s growth. Your urge to take ownership and your analytical and creative mindset will be crucial.
Responsibilities
- Identify gaps in our flight distribution by conducting competitor analysis and benchmarking to find solutions to bridge the gap.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure we have a data driven approach to follow up on flight coverage.
- Lead projects/initiatives within the content coverage area to ensure success.
Requirements
- Drive and Development: A significant drive and a willingness to learn and grow. We want you to be curious!

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to put together and present business solutions, lead initiatives from analysis to implementation, analyze large sets of data and challenge existing processes.
- Collaboration and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Able to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and partners.
- Education & Industry Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Experience within the industry and from GDS, NDC, or aggregator systems is not a must but a strong plus.
