Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and triage incident tickets received during production season
- Work with dev team and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects in production environment
- Review and approve requirements adhere to standards
- Assist development team in refinement of backlog
- Review, reconcile, and troubleshoot data
- Outline requirements from business partners and translate to User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Responsible for both agile product knowledge and technical knowledge
- Write, maintain, and execute test cases for enhancements
- Facilitate User Acceptance and E2E Testing with Stakeholders
- Project management/supporting multiple projects and products
- Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to influence
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry with an understanding of medical terminology and clinical care
- 2+ years of experience in agile methodology and tools experience writing and prioritizing capabilities, features, user stories and acceptance criteria from a business perspective
- 2+ years of demonstrated Project support for multiple projects/ products
- 1+ years of experience writing and analyzing SQL/T-SQL code
- Proven intermediate to advanced proficiency in all MS Office Suite programs (Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated problem solving skills to include the ability to systematically analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions and devise appropriate courses of action
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills to include the ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others

Preferred Qualifications:
- Intermediate experience with User Interface applications
- Experience with Tableau and Data Visualization
- Experience with AI Tools and use of Agents to enhance productivity
- Comprehensive knowledge of HEDIS® or other national health care quality reporting standards
- Proven solid leadership and interpersonal skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
