For applicants within Maryland, Nevada, Ohio and Washington States, the following hiring range will be applied: $74,933.04 - $112,410.48 with a target hiring range of $74,933.04 - $89,849.76.

Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for leading root cause analysis efforts for health plan wide, sometimes critical, issues received by the Customer Advocacy Team (CAT). To include the research and investigation of this issue presented, acting as the primary point of contact for involved stakeholders, scheduling, leading meetings, and driving the containment and countermeasure implementation. Acts as the liaison between internal/external stakeholders communicating with regular updates.

Ideally possesses a high degree of operational knowledge as it relates to customer operations in claims, system administration, benefit configuration, and member enrollment as well as network and/or provider data management. Experience with six sigma, process improvement, business requirement gathering, issue triaging and process mapping is a plus.

Related experience will be in root cause analysis or operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead multi-functional projects and serve as a resource for other members of the team
  • Has a quiet and private remote workspace to protect PHI

Job Requirements:

  • Required to have - Bachelor's Level Degree
  • Required to have 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Related experience will be in one of the following areas, root cause analysis, health-care related field or business operations.
