Senior Business Analyst – Technology & Innovation Projects

About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with senior leaders and drive RSM’s technology strategy forward. This is a high-impact role focused on project work, including:
- Building and running automation solutions
- Leading AI and automation projects
- Playing a key role in AI Bootcamps - an initiative that earned RSM an AFR award
You’ll be at the center of business workflow discussions, translating needs into actionable development plans, and ensuring successful delivery of complex, high-value projects.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with senior stakeholders to identify business improvements and technology opportunities
- Translate business needs into actionable insights and solutions
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, driving adoption and value
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
- Collaborate with program managers to implement innovative solutions
About you:
What We’re Looking For
- Professional services experience is essential
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and business process improvement
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and lead projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Information Technology
Desirable:
- Experience with Change Management and project methodologies (Agile, Six Sigma)
