Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to drive growth for our Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team (formerly known an Global Treasury Management). This role acts as a Business Analyst which blends solution design and hands-on practical analytics, to tackle complex challenges and support key-decision-making for the organization. You will collaborate with top industry experts on high-impact projects that foster innovation and a data-driven approach in GPL organization.
In this role, you will:

Collaborate with GPL Product and Sales teams to understand the drivers of their business and how they can leverage data to drive actions.

Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support GPL in their decision making.
-
Design and support implementation of data-driven solutions
-
Create user-driven and accurate reports and dashboards to facilitate broad understanding of business outcomes and drivers.
-
Enforce and establish best practices related to data quality and governance.
Required Qualifications:
-
4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:

Analytical Skills: Knowledge of quantitative analysis and data visualization techniques.

Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python or R.), data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI), Business process modeling software (Visio), and project management tools (Jira).

Solution Design: experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and structuring them into feasible, easy-to-understand solutions.

Process Improvement: Ability to Conduct workflow analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies.

Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, design data-driven presentations, facilitate demo, presentations, and tell business story with data
-
Collaboration: Work collaboratively, build relationships, and foster consensus.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders. Present analysis findings, recommendations, and project update in clear and compelling formats, tailored to the needs of different audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance/Economics, Information Systems, or related field.

Pay Range for New York, NY: $100,800 - $179,200 base salary.
