The Global Conferences Product team at Gartner provides strategic direction regarding the development, enhancement, and launch of new and existing products within the Conferences business. The team provides analytics, designs products and their associated programs, and builds communications to drive successful execution and delivery of the Gartner Global Conferences exhibitor product portfolio.
As part of this team, you will design and execute programs in collaboration with key business stakeholders and will interact with senior levels within the organization in a fast paced, dynamic setting.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the design and execution of Gartner’s industry-leading global conferences business. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis, and is passionate about solving complex business problems and working toward a common goal in a collaborative setting.
What you will do:
You will work across multiple projects and be responsible for executing specific innovation workstreams to drive accelerated revenue growth.
Responsibilities span delivering analytics, product design and development, program management, and execution communications to drive key decisions to strengthen revenue growth:
- Build and implement success metrics and tracking across multiple workstreams and product lines as well as own customer success metrics and analytics
- Analyze historical data to evaluate, define, and modify thresholds and success metrics
- Create customer analytics and segmentation of the Conferences client base
- Design efficient business processes that support the delivery of Conferences products
- Lead aspects of product testing and evaluation initiatives across the business
- Deliver monthly and quarterly business performance reporting to senior leaders across the business
- Contribute to growth & innovation projects across all Conference portfolios
- Execute transformation projects across all products and services within Conferences
- Participate in pricing projects within Conferences products including benchmarking and baselining exercises
- Prioritize projects and features based on impact and alignment with the business’s long-term goals and strategy
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business, technical or quantitative fields
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to uncover and communicate key findings
- Able to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment to run key process stages that deliver successful outcomes

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 86,000 USD - 118,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
