Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a strategic, experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Project Management Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the business analysis lifecycle for advanced Artificial Intelligence programs and driving complex digital transformations within the Customer Excellence portfolio. You will act as a core consultant and practice leader, bridging the gap between business needs and data science to ensure technology deployments achieve measurable financial and operational value.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Lead the strategy and design of advanced Agentic Artificial Intelligence and predictive machine learning workflows to deliver measurable business outcomes, such as improved customer risk propensity routing and churn prediction.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with C-suite and senior functional leaders across Finance, Commercial, and Customer Care to quantify value realization and align technical development with corporate revenue goals.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with Agile governance and organizational standards by developing standardized playbooks, Business Requirement Documents, and high-level architectural gap studies.
The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years of total experience, with at least 6 years specifically as a Senior Business Analyst or Technology Consultant in a complex enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of enterprise systems and Artificial Intelligence implementations, including Salesforce Suite (Agentforce), Oracle ERP, and predictive analytics tools like Looker Studio or Power BI.
Proven ability in strategic consulting and stakeholder management, with the elite communication skills necessary to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical executive steering committees.
A Master’s Degree (strictly preferred) in Finance, Analytics, or IT Strategy, and industry-standard certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
