Overview


We are looking for a “Senior Business Analyst & Consultant” for our growing Professional Services Team. If you can speak English fluently and passionate about analyzing business needs, we believe that this position is just for you!

Sestek’s AI-powered solutions are built by a team of 100+ engineers working on text-to-speech, speech recognition, natural language processing, and voice biometrics technologies. Recently we have been acquired by Unifonic, a leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider.


What we expect :


  • Learning the details of Sestek solutions (Conversational AI)
  • Developing strong relationships with customers’ business and development teams
  • Analyzing business needs and designing the best solution within Sestek products
  • Providing consultancy service and training to customers using Sestek products
  • Maintaining relationships with customers to increase customer commitment
  • Assisting with high-severity requests or issue escalations, as needed
  • Reporting on product-based demands of customers and providing insights about new features or improvements

Who we are looking for :


  • University degree in science or engineering (not determinant for this position)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in business analysis or product/project consultancy (AI, IT or call center technologies)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, basic data analysis, and diagramming tools (Visio, Draw.io)
  • General knowledge of customer interaction technologies (telephony, contact center, mobile, webchat, etc.)
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to technology changes
  • SQL and API experience is a plus
  • Experience in speech technologies or Conversational AI is a plus
  • Knowledge/experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Agentic AI is a plus
  • Effective presentation skills are a plus
  • Driver’s license (class B) is a plus
