We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Business Analyst (AML / IFM) to join our NICE Actimize Professional Services team in Pune. In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, R&D, Architecture, and customer stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed functional and data-driven requirements.
You will play a critical role in implementing leading financial crime and compliance solutions, helping global organizations detect and prevent money laundering and fraud using advanced analytics and AI-driven platforms.

How will you make an impact?
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver robust AML/Fraud solutions by:
- Working with Project Managers, Architects, Product Managers, R&D teams, and third-party vendors to understand high-level design and translate it into detailed requirements.
- Defining detailed functional requirements including:
- Source-to-target mappings
- Transformation rules
- Business logic
- Data integration requirements
- Defining non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and serviceability.
- Interfacing with customers to understand data requirements and supporting product implementation in client environments.
- Facilitating communication across teams and ensuring alignment between product, engineering, and customer needs.
- Creating and prioritizing user stories with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Defining clear acceptance criteria based on product usage and business scenarios.
- Conducting internal product demos and supporting stakeholder demo activities.
- Defining functional test considerations for user stories and ensuring quality delivery.
- Supporting Customer Support, Product, and Presales teams in resolving product-related queries.
- Providing product improvement recommendations aligned with strategic goals.
Have you got what it takes?
- 4–8 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst
- Mandatory domain experience:
- BFSI (Banking & Financial Services)
- AML (Anti-Money Laundering) or Fraud Prevention
- Strong experience in:
- Writing business use cases, scenarios, and functional test cases
- Source-to-target data mapping and transformation rules
- Data management and integration
- SQL (must-have)
- Good understanding of:
- Data schemas, metadata, and banking interfaces
- Data quality, validation, and integration processes
- Experience in:
- Converting business requirements into technical specifications
- Agile methodologies (user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in fast-paced environments
