You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining all facilities of a 5 story office building. You will maintain and preserve the life of all common area equipment, both interior and exterior, while ensuring compliance with all City, County, State, OSHA, and governmental regulations.
The weekly schedule will rotate between 7am - 3:30pm and 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday with a weekly alternating 24/7 on call expectation.
The pay range for this role is $28.00 to $35.00 per hour plus an on-call allowance.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in building operations and maintenance.
- Intermediate knowledge of involved trades including electrical, plumbing, fire systems, elevators, and mechanical systems with some relevant certifications and/or qualifications.
- Knowledge of HVAC heating and cooling systems, fire pump control and safety systems.
- Ability to read and interpret building design drawings.
- Good computer skills and excellent customer service
- Required to have a personal vehicle and valid Colorado driving license.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and climb and work on a ladder.
What you will be doing
- Managing the engineering and maintenance of the facility, including common areas, office space, amenity spaces, and parking garage.
- Carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly Preventative Maintenance inspections.
- Addressing maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all occupants of the building and office space.
- Coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance requirements with outside contractors when work cannot be performed in-house.
- Responding to tenant complaints in the areas of safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and environmental needs through both personal contact and helpdesk ticket system.
- Willing and able to perform other minor works including painting, cosmetic repairs, light fixture installations, damper actuators, filter changes, etc.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
