Job Description

·         Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns

·         Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities

·         Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy

·         Successfully communicate unconstraint forecast and constraint revenue to management

·         Drive BU forecast by collaborating with product line managers, Sales, and business planning team

·         Provide the allocation plan based on business strategies

·         Conduct monthly forecast maintenance and lead the executive demand review meeting

·         Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner

·         Provide necessary data analytics to drive the smart decision

·         Responsible for planning assumptions to ensure accurate system planning

·         Understanding gaps to plan, driving to resolution, and communicating the results

·         Driving strategic solutions that can be leveraged across the organization

·         Contribute to the strategic planning decision

·         Drive long-term strategy plan with business units, operations, and business planning team

Performance Objectives

·         Maintain 8 quarters of BU forecast in system

·         Close the gap between BU forecast and Sales forecast

·         Maintain long-term bottoms up forecast in qty and revenue by customer, product, and market

·         Provide a monthly KPI performance for a weekly distribution inventory, Key product tracking

·         Provide a weekly demand risk and opportunities

·         Maintain a quarterly unit pricing

·         Maintain the long-term customer contract

·         Provide the product allocation


Responsibilities Qualifications

·        Requirements:

         BS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Engineering

·         3+ years’ experience in semiconductor supply chain planning or related field.

·         Familiar with manufacturing operations and environment

·         Candidate is expected to have strong team skills and ability to be effective in a wide range of settings

·         Strong team contributor able to work with moderate guidance

·         Receptive to peer mentoring and coaching

·         Able to communicate the essence of the problem to senior management in focused, business-relevant language

·         Proficient skills and working knowledge in the following a plus: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) Excel VBA, Power Query and Power Pivot
