The Role
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Brokerage Relationship Manager to join our Independent Advisor Group as part of Wealth & Investment Management. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead and manage the successful transition of internal and external advisors and teams into the Financial Network (FiNet) channel
  • Manage client relationships and participate in initiatives regarding servicing, support and growth
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Maintain and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments that involve research, evaluation, and service
  • Exercise independent judgment to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships and meet regularly with senior leaders to communicate trends and workable solutions
  • Provide recommendations to determine operational needs and exercise independent judgment to manage relationships
  • Communicate trends and recommend solutions
  • Manage, support and resolve issues to ensure retention, growth and satisfaction
  • Manage projects, troubleshoots issues and follow up on operational, technical or client transition issues
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Relationship experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
  • Ability to deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience for internal and external candidates throughout the onboarding process
  • Knowledge and understanding of multi-channel platform
  • Knowledge and understanding of the independent advisor space
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills

Job Expectations:
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.
