As a Senior Broadcasting Specialist on our Broadcasting and Video Production, you will serve as an expert in designing and optimising live and recorded production infrastructure to support internal and external communication teams, as well as cross-functional campaigns and products. You will take creative and technical ownership of live shows, guide the technical team, pioneer innovative broadcasting solutions, and lead post production by maintaining and evolving frameworks, workflows, and standards. Collaborating within a global team, you will thrive in high-pressure environments to deliver flawless live and recorded projects.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
  • Lead the Post Production function, including documentation, workflow optimisation, editing frameworks, and archival processes.

  • Direct, manage, and coordinate the pre-production, production, and post-production of multi-camera livestreams and pre-recorded productions.

  • Set up, test, and optimise equipment to ensure flawless execution.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, crew, and talent to deliver highly focused internal and external multi-camera events.

  • Develop and maintain documentation of broadcasting solutions for stakeholders.

  • Step in as a camera operator, videographer, or vision mixer when team capacity requires this.


WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF 
  • You have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Post Production Supervisor or in an equivalent leadership role.

  • You have at least 7 years of experience as a Technical Director or Show Director on multi-camera productions.

  • You possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Videographer, shooting and editing corporate or branded content.

  • You are a highly skilled editor with expert proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, including colour correction and grading of log and raw footage.

  • You have strong functional leadership abilities for managing talent, technical crews, and post-production teams.

  • You possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling you to build strong internal and external relationships.

  • You are calm and composed under pressure, performing effectively in fast-paced and high-stress environments.

  • You are proficient in both English and German.
