The role
As a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client pipeline across agency and direct channels. Working closely with the Associate Director, you will use your sales expertise to secure new partnerships and elevate Fever's brand positioning in the market.
What you´ll do
- Generate and build long-term relationships with key agency and direct clients.
- Drive revenue growth by hitting and exceeding quarterly sales goals.
- Coordinate internal resources to build winning experiential responses and campaign pitches.
- Manage client briefs from initial consultation through to the successful delivery of campaign work.
- Attend and lead high-value client pitches and organize client entertainment initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to constantly optimize the Brand Partnerships offering.
- Identify emerging trends in social media and entertainment to articulate strategic opportunities to clients.
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in publisher sales, experience sales, or a brand partnerships role.
- Strong ability to think creatively and make data-driven sales decisions.
- Proven track record building direct client and agency contacts (e.g., Publicis, Mindshare, Havas).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential to effectively deliver proposals and run client meetings
- An entrepreneurial can-do attitude
- A self-starter and comfortable in ambiguity - working through things for the first time
- Ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions
- Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is a requirement
