The Senior Brand Manager, Baby and Child Care (BCC) reports into the Senior Global Marketing Director BCC. This Senior Brand Manager leads strategy and innovation for the Baby and Child Care portfolio and defines strategy and pipeline for new businesses. He/she will be working with Senior cross-functional and multi-national business teams and influencing and making decisions together with the Regional Sector marketing teams, Global and Regional R&E (research & engineering), and Lead Markets around the world.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead key elements of brand strategy, innovation strategy pipeline and consumer facing initiatives for Diapers portfolio globally.
  • Lead global priority scaling front end innovation initiatives for Diapers, partnering with cross-functional teams and lead markets.  
  • Identify pipeline gaps and scaling opportunities for Innovation across Huggies aligned to Portfolio Vision.
  • Co-lead brand strategic initiatives like Brand Architecture and Huggies Portfolio of the future.
  • Explore and define new growth opportunities and categories for portfolio expansion options through market development model and action plans.

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA, or graduate level degree in related field preferred); and 10+ years of experience in supporting a brand in innovation and consumer insights into product ideas (CPG) with entrepreneurial approach and driving new business models
  • Globally oriented CPG Marketer with strong strategic business & brand building foundation, commercialization, and innovation skill set; possesses a high level of understanding of the R&E process and organization, project management and a record of driving growth in a matrix organization.  International experience is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Experience managing others and actively support the development of team members across regions to maximize success; adept skills with Stakeholder Management and Strategic Foresight
  • Strategic Marketing and Brand Management Skills: The successful candidate will have built, budgeted, and executed both long term strategic and short-term operational marketing plans that have resulted in above average business growth and performance.;have experience in all facets of marketing / brand management (segmentation, positioning, market research and consumer insight development, new product development, pricing and promotions, advertising, and digital marketing)
  • Business / Commercial Acumen: While being a marketer at the core, this person will think and act like a general manager; Adept analytical skills, financial acumen, solid commercial grounding and mastery of the innovation development process and a strong understanding of R&E organizations; understands key business drivers and identify and capitalize on consumer trends and insights to develop creative / breakthrough business-building strategies and programs to influence the innovation pipeline across the lead markets.  This person can build credibility throughout the regional and global organizations (up to the level of the regional sector leads & R&E directors both globally and regionally) is key to be successful in this position
  • Building Relationships and Using Influence: The incumbent needs to be an excellent & concise communicator, driving a clear message through the organization globally. In addition to being a collaborative team player, this person will need to have a track record of building and sustaining relationships across all functions and through all levels in an organization to ensure seamless integration and flawless execution of innovation plans; will also have a strong cultural sensitivity and a track record of building relationships across international markets and in a matrix organization

Salary Range: 157,720 – 194,760 USDAt Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
