Are you looking for a brand management role that allows you to drive business growth by leveraging robust customer insights and delivering marketing effectiveness? If so, this Senior Brand Manager role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the effective development and deployment of strategies for key brands within a category. You will identify investment and divestment opportunities to maximize growth and champion achievement of business and marketing targets in keeping with company directions. You will also provide execution leadership across all areas of marketing to achieve short-term and long-term brand sales and profit objectives.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Full ownership and responsibility of brand and category P&L, driving profitable growth through strategic and effective investment
  • Develop growth strategies and initiatives rooted in strong understanding of consumer insight and category dynamics
  • Execute marketing plans and actions with excellence
  • Develop and implement campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and trial
  • End-to-end innovation development and launch
  • Analyze and report on business performance of the category/ brands
  • Manage and coach a direct report

Partnership

  • Collaborates with multiple functions within the company, across Trade Marketing, Expert Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs/ Regulatory, Quality & Supply Chain Teams.
  • Partners with external Creative Agencies, Media Agencies, Digital Partners, and Activation Agencies

We are looking for professionals with these qualifications to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in leading people in both project-based and day-to-day situations
  • 5 or more years’ experience in brand management within the Consumer Goods industry or Over-the-Counter (OTC) Healthcare industry

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • People management experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands
