At Sensodyne, a brand under Haleon, we are seeking a Brand Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers to shape the future of select Core brands within our portfolio. As the Brand Manager, you will oversee the deployment of global strategies and execute across all facets of the marketing mix to achieve short and long-term brand sales and profit objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Localizing the global innovation vision board.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, R&D, expert teams, and NRM to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to drive strong customer engagement and in-store support.
  • Managing brand equity through effective deployment and localization of global toolkits.
  • Leading the development of annual market activation planning, both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL), managing agency and brand budget.
  • Driving superior execution of programs and plans, including media, creative development, and digital initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Educational background in marketing, preferably with a master's degree.
  • 5+ years of brand marketing or commercial management experience.
  • Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications leading to brand share growth.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Experience in FMCG, pharmacy, healthcare, or related fields.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office suite and panel tools such as Nielsen, IRI, or Kantar
