In this role, you will play a key part in driving consumer demand, strengthening brand equity, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives that fuel business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform consumer and market insights into winning campaigns, innovations, and activation programs that create meaningful consumer connections and deliver strong commercial results.

You will lead assigned projects from planning through execution while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business, brand, and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Performance Management

  • Champion the growth agenda for Knorr Mashed Potato, Best Foods, and Hellmann's Condiments by tracking and managing business performance across turnover, market share, brand health, and key in-year priorities.
  • Contribute to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles, business reviews, and delivery of annual plans by translating performance insights into clear actions and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor market dynamics, category trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for sustainable business growth.

Demand Creation & In-Market Execution Excellence

  • Lead and execute integrated activation plans across campaigns, social-first content, retail media, product launches, and renovations to drive consumer engagement and commercial performance.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, in full, and aligned with business and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring memorable brand experiences to life across consumer touchpoints.

Project Ownership

  • Independently lead assigned campaign, innovation, and renovation workstreams from planning through execution.
  • Drive project timelines, budget management, stakeholder alignment, and execution quality to deliver strong business outcomes.
  • Take ownership of assigned initiatives and proactively identify solutions to keep projects on track.

Consumer Insights & Market Analysis

  • Partner with Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) teams and leverage business data to uncover actionable consumer, category, and market insights.
  • Translate insights into effective brand strategies, activation plans, innovation opportunities, and demand-generation initiatives.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization actions to maximize business impact.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Build strong relationships with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, regional category teams, and external agency partners.
  • Foster effective collaboration to ensure seamless execution of business priorities and marketing initiatives.
  • Influence stakeholders through clear communication, data-driven recommendations, and strong project leadership.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, Marketing, or related FMCG roles.

Marketing Excellence

  • Hands-on experience in communication development, campaign execution, influencer marketing, social media, product development, innovation, or packaging.
  • Exposure to digital marketing, e-commerce, and integrated consumer campaigns is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring consumer insights to life through impactful marketing initiatives.

Ownership & Growth Mindset

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Comfortable making recommendations, driving progress, and navigating ambiguity in a dynamic business environment.
  • Passionate about building brands, creating consumer connections, and delivering measurable business results.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market performance, P&L indicators, and consumer insights.
