The role:

As our Senior Brand Manager, you play a key role in bringing our marketing and brand strategy to life by translating strategic direction into impactful campaigns and creative initiatives across all channels. You drive full-funnel brand activities with a high level of ownership, ensuring consistent and high-quality brand execution across all customer touchpoints. Working closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners, you combine strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen brand positioning, drive growth, and deliver measurable business impact.

Your tasks:
  • Translate strategic direction into effective brand marketing activities across channels and touchpoints

  • Collaborate closely with media, CRM, creative, and product teams to ensure a consistent brand experience

  • Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Manage agencies, content creators, and the internal Creative Studio to deliver high-quality marketing communications

  • Use market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities

  • Optimize marketing activities and campaign performance based on analytics and data insights

  • Align marketing initiatives with product, legal, and compliance requirements

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation

  • Report campaign performance and key learnings to senior leadership

  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and content productions

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend

  • Professional proficiency in German, both written and spoken

  • Experience in performance marketing, CRM, or evidence-based marketing is a plus

  • Experience in e-commerce and start-up or scale-up environments is a plus
