As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for making sure we win with consumers' preferences in each of the following areas:

Your Role

The Senior Brand Manager role contributes to and executes strategies in our organization. You will have the opportunity to grow and identify developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products. You will be working on one or more brands with clearly defined objectives, often at site, country or cluster level.

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Focus on one or more brands with clearly defined objectives

  • Collaborate and network effectively within immediate team or work domain

  • Develop knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements

  • Maintain awareness of relevant stewardship requirements and acts accordingly

Qualifications:        

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any business-related field coupled with Brand Management interest/passion

  • A forward thinker with a growth mindset

  • Able to persevere through challenges and adapt to changes

  • Possesses strong collaborative skills and ability to nurture relationships within the team

  • Able to identify, define and analyse alternative courses of action

  • Possesses knowledge and experience in brand operations and marketing strategies
