Qualifications and Skills
Essential: Bachelor’s Degree; experience in one or a combination of: pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional or related industry or relevant professional or commercial experience; Business Acumen; Scientific Acumen; Insight & Analytics; Digital Acumen; Growth & Innovation Mindset.
Desirable: Advanced degree(s) in business or science or MBA in relevant field; Experience in Consumer and/or Managed Markets promotions and/or strategy role; Experience in Insight/Market Research; Sales and/or Sales Leadership experience; Experience in Emerging or DFL role; Understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products; Understanding of the Healthcare environment; Advertising agency experience; Sales or Sales Training experience.
