Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to support our Canadian Nutrition business which includes iconic brands like fairlife, Simply & Minute Maid. You will be an integral part of our nimble team, building short-term & long-term strategies, owning end to end plans & supporting the day-to-day management of our expansive portfolio. You will report into the Director of Marketing and work cross-functionally with several teams - Commercial, Sales, Finance, R&D, Legal/ Regulatory & our creative agency partners. The role of this position is to lead our fairlife portfolio.
What You’ll Do For Us
Build long-term brand strategies, identifying business objectives, strategies, key initiatives and investment/resources needed to achieve brand targets.
Lead future product pipeline to deliver sustainable revenue and profit by working closely with related functions, such as R&D, Technical, Supply Chain, Human Insights, Design, Finance, Legal and Commercialization.
Lead annual brand plans, developing & executing 360° marketing campaigns to support strategic initiatives working with our Bottler & cross functionals to reach our goals.
Develop and communicate written briefs for use by agencies (e.g., media, creative, packaging, product development etc.) and direct their work activities to generate concepts for effective execution of marketing programs and objectives.
Provide on-going business analysis to identify and prioritize brand-building opportunities by utilizing data-driven insights (e.g., Nielsen, internal cross-functional reports, consumer research reports, competitive analysis, etc.).
Presentations of business results to both internal and external stakeholders including senior leaders.
Own day-to-day management of brand budgets and investment allocation.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand management
Strong ability to communicate and influence with cross-functional leadership
Strong storytelling & presentation skills – ability to leverage data to build a compelling story
Excellent project management skills, proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple senior stakeholders
Proficient in Nielsen, Numerator and other quantitative research tools
Experience working with agencies, managing creative approvals etc.
