Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.
How you will contribute
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities, and recommend action plans.
- Manage marketing budget to maximize return on investment, monitoring spend and ensuring on-target delivery.
- Lead the end-to-end development of the innovation and iPPA pipelines, including product launches and other product-change initiatives, to drive growth in a profitable way and at scale.
- Partner with Finance, Category Planning, Supply Chain and Sales teams to recommend and deliver seamless in-market execution and maximize brand impact.
- Lead and develop direct report(s)
What you will bring
- University degree: Business, Marketing
- Relevant professional experience in the marketing department & in an international FMCG environment;
- Solid experience on guiding teams to success; Very good track record on product and innovation Management, activation & product launches;
- Ability to work with autonomy; Creative and open minded; Organizing and problem solving skills; Analytical and structured thinking; strong presentation and engagement skills
- Skills on computer literacy, esp. MS Office;
- English and German language skills.
