We have an exciting opportunity for a DACH - Senior Brand Lead to join Norgine.

The person holding this position will report to the Head of Marketing and be a member of the DACH Marketing team.

Purpose of the Role

As Senior Brand Lead DACH, you are responsible for maximizing the value of assigned Rx brands across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your role is to ensure excellent brand execution at the local level by activating impactful multichannel customer engagement strategies, adapted from global direction and tailored to local market needs and dynamics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and global teams to optimize brand performance and deliver measurable value to both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.

Scope: Own and manage major assets with a critical business contribution to the company´s success short and mid mid-term.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Brand Leadership

• Localize and execute brand plans in alignment with global strategies and priorities.

• Translate global positioning and critical success factors into relevant and resonant tactics for the DACH markets.

• Prioritize initiatives that fit best with customer needs, local healthcare systems, and go-to-market realities.

• Customer Engagement & Channel Activation

• Design and execute integrated multichannel marketing (MCM) plans, leveraging field force, digital channels, and hybrid models.

• Drive omnichannel excellence to improve customer experience and engagement impact.

• Identify and experiment with AI-supported tools and modern engagement approaches where appropriate.

• Performance Management & Life Cycle Strategy

• Monitor brand performance KPIs and drive corrective actions where needed.

• Contribute to life-cycle management activities, ensuring sustainability and competitiveness.

• Forecast demand in collaboration with Supply, ensuring availability and aligned resource planning.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work in close partnership with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and other internal stakeholders to ensure aligned execution.

• Ensure timely review and approval of promotional materials through appropriate compliance channels.

• Engage with KOLs, key customers, and relevant authorities in DACH to support brand objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or business administration

• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical brand management, preferably across multiple markets

• Proven track record in multichannel marketing and customer-centric campaign activation

• Strong understanding of DACH healthcare systems, market dynamics, and compliance environment

• Demonstrated analytical strength and strategic thinking

• Business fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)

• Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating with international stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with digital tools and AI-based marketing solutions is a plus
