About the role:

We are looking for a highly strategic and collaborative Sr. BrandGen Manager to join the Brand, Creative, & Content Team at Samsara. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of fully integrated, omni-channel brand campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Digital, and Brand to design, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns that build brand awareness, nurture prospects, and move target audiences through the funnel. This role is critical in ensuring that Samsara’s brand continues to grow while delivering measurable business impact.

This role is open to candidates residing in the US.

In this role, you will: 

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of fully integrated, omni-channel brand-gen campaigns, that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Samsara.
  • Identify key audience segments in specific industries to ensure tailored messaging and targeting in all campaign activities.
  • Work closely with Growth, Digital, and Brand teams to align on campaign goals, messaging, content needs, and KPI’s. 
  • Work with Content and Creative teams to develop compelling assets tailored for top-of-funnel audiences. 
  • Track and measure campaign performance, using data insights to optimize campaigns in real-time and ensure continuous improvement of key metrics, including traffic, engagement, and MQLs.
  • Oversee the execution of brand to demand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital ads, social media, trade publications, email marketing, and event-based marketing efforts.
  • Drive initiatives that encourage faster movement from awareness to consideration to purchase, utilizing data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.

Minimum requirements for the role:

    • 8+ years of experience with focus on global campaigns, brand manager, lead generation or growth marketing roles. 
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful fully integrated campaigns that reach across multiple channels (social, digital, growth etc).
    • Strong understanding of brand strategy, audience segmentation, and multi-channel campaign execution.
    • Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns based on real-time insights to achieve business outcomes.
    • Ability to easily generate innovative ideas for campaigns. 
    • Excellent communication and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt strategies as business needs evolve.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Samsara’s Compensation Philosophy: Samsara’s compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is at or above market. We do this through our base salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles.  For eligible roles, a new hire RSU award may be awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually. 

We pay for performance, and top performers in eligible roles may receive above-market equity refresh awards which allow employees to achieve higher market positioning.

The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
