The Role: Execute High-Performance Digital Experiences
We need a hands-on Senior Brand & Digital Designer to be a central creative engine for our digital presence. You will be crucial in translating brand strategy into high-impact, conversion-focused digital experiences across all web and marketing channels. This is a key execution and leadership role where your expertise will deliver polished, measurable results and shape how our brand shows up digitally.
Responsibilities: Design, Deliver, and Direct
- Lead & Deliver: Design and execute high-quality, conversion-focused digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, and core marketing campaign assets.
- Brand Consistency: Rigorously maintain and apply the RevolutionParts brand identity across all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Project Management & Execution: Own design projects from concept through final delivery, managing timelines and priorities to achieve high-impact results.
- Technical Translation: Translate advanced designs into responsive web experiences with working knowledge of modern front-end practices (HTML/CSS).
- Scale & Direct: Increase creative output capacity by effectively managing and directing external freelance designers and contractors.
- Cross-Functional Partner: Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to bring strategic initiatives to life.
Requirements: Your Design Blueprint
- Experience: 5–10 years of professional design experience, with a robust portfolio focused on high-impact web, digital, and landing page design.
- Mastery: Deep design expertise in responsive web design, typography, layout, and advanced UX/UI fundamentals.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design systems, and experience with modern CMS (e.g., Webflow, Framer, or Wordpress).
- Execution & Communication: Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, directing external creative partners, and exhibiting strong communication and ownership.
- Mindset: AI-forward mentality for creative ideation, routine task execution, and content generation.
Bonus Skills: Motion/animation and familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $90,000 – $105,000 per year.
