THE ROLE

AG1 is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Brand Designer to executive our creative vision. This role will be responsible for the development and delivery of exceptional design assets across multiple platforms, with a focus on supporting Growth Marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

The Senior Brand Designer you will guide design efforts while ensuring the brand’s visual identity is consistently maintained. This role collaborates closely across Marketing, including Brand, and Acquisition teams, to bring creative concepts to life and elevate the presence of AG1 in the market. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated designer who can take creative ownership, drive innovative design solutions, and mentor a growing team of talented designers. This is an exciting opportunity to support design initiatives and make a lasting impact on the visual identity and growth of AG1.


WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Execute direction for brand systems and campaign assets through the effective use of type, imagery, and graphic elements, collaborating with the creative team to deliver cohesive visual narratives
  • Assist in managing creative reviews of ongoing design work produced by junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality output
  • Provide creative leadership on a project-by-project basis, ensuring that the brand’s visual identity is maintained across all assigned deliverables and campaigns
  • Design and build out assets across multiple mediums, including print materials, social media content, digital assets, out-of-home advertising, packaging, and more
  • Work with cross-functional teams to review and ensure the quality of creative work across all fronts, including brand, performance marketing, partnerships, and activations
  • Present and communicate creative solutions effectively to team members and a variety of stakeholders, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand strategy
  • Supervise external agencies or third-party vendors when necessary, ensuring the quality and consistency of outsourced creative work while aligning with brand standards
  • Drive creative experimentation, identifying new opportunities for growth through design and testing, while keeping up with industry trends and best practices
  • Mentor and develop junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation within the team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 4-5+ years of experience in creative design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work across multiple platforms (in-house brand or agency experience preferred)
  • Expertise in graphic design, typography, visual hierarchy, and grid systems, with the ability to work across various mediums and formats
  • Strong competence in design software (e.g Adobe Suite, Figma, ((3D & Motion design a plus))
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and the ability to create design assets that drive engagement, conversions, and customer acquisition
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers while managing multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • A creative mindset, with a passion for storytelling and desire  to bring innovative ideas to life in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience working within advertising and creative management tools is a bonus
  • Thorough understanding of design systems with the ability to develop cohesive design work that elevates the brand across all platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present creative ideas, take feedback, and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to balance multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • A fast-paced, can-do attitude and the willingness to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $90,000 - $110,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
