Leads APAC creative strategy and performance testing across Meta, Google, and emerging media channels. Defines testing roadmaps, hypotheses, metrics, and creative briefs; translates performance data into strategic recommendations; directs internal teams, agencies, creators, and partners; and maintains consistent brand messaging across paid media, sponsorships, social, email, podcast, event, and creator content.

Own end-to-end creator content lifecycle for DACH, UK, Europe and APAC: source and manage creators, translate briefs, manage production, edit and localize creator footage into performance-focused Meta and YouTube ads, iterate creatives using AI tools, and deliver assets to media and growth teams.

Operate and maintain marketplace listings and inventory across Amazon and Walmart. Triage operational issues (VTR, MCF, FBA, disbursements, NetSuite mismatches), manage catalog and permissions, run recurring data exports, support compliance/KYC, and contribute to channel reporting and testing roadmaps.

Lead Meta and TikTok paid social acquisition for AG1: build platform architecture and bidding models with agencies, scale multi-million-dollar monthly spend, manage CAC/MER/ROAS, create rapid creative feedback loops to avoid ad fatigue, align acquisition with retention/LTV, and use MTA/MMM and surveys to set performance targets.

Support international Growth Finance by building budgets, forecasts, and dynamic financial models. Partner with regional marketing and analytics to track KPIs, run variance analysis, produce leadership reporting, and apply AI/automation to improve forecasting, reporting efficiency, and decision support.
