Supports loyalty and retention analytics through A/B test management, KPI tracking, recurring dashboards, and performance reporting. Monitors churn, winback, cancellation, and loyalty metrics; identifies trends, risks, and opportunities; and translates findings into actionable recommendations. The role also manages loyalty merchandise planning and replenishment, collaborates with Data Science and program owners, coordinates analytics requests, and prepares MBR/QBR materials.

Owns motion design across Europe, establishing creative strategy, standards, systems, and quality benchmarks while producing hands-on video and motion content. Creates and iterates YouTube-first and Meta assets, uses performance data to improve creative, develops AI-assisted workflows, mentors designers, and oversees agencies and freelancers. The role also manages high-volume projects, localizes German-market creative, and ensures brand consistency across campaigns.

Own AG1’s customer retention strategy and full subscriber lifecycle, including churn reduction, subscription experiences, lifecycle marketing, cross-sell, upgrades, winback, and retention forecasting. Manage the retention P&L, analyze cohort and campaign performance, oversee vendors, and build a high-performing team. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Data, Product, Member Experience, and Creative to improve customer lifetime value and recurring revenue.

Leads APAC creative strategy and performance testing across Meta, Google, and emerging media channels. Defines testing roadmaps, hypotheses, metrics, and creative briefs; translates performance data into strategic recommendations; directs internal teams, agencies, creators, and partners; and maintains consistent brand messaging across paid media, sponsorships, social, email, podcast, event, and creator content.
