This is a builder role. You will define, evolve, and execute the visual identity of a company set to define a massive category. You will have the creative scope of an agency with the strategic focus of a single product mission.
The WorkConcept big, ship fast: Turn loose insights into bold ideas, then drive them through refinement, production, and launch.
Own the Website: Partner with Marketing and Product to create a site that sets Remi apart. You will produce development-ready designs that drive conversion.
Evolve the Design System: From typography to photography, you will help build the visual toolkit that allows us to scale without losing quality.
Partner across the org: Work with Product Design, Ops, and CS to keep every pixel on brand.
Push boundaries with AI: Use the latest generative tools to test concepts, iterate faster, and raise the creative bar.
30 days: You’ve audited our assets, shipped your first deliverables, and aligned with Product Design on our web standards.
90 days: You’ve established a more robust design system and pushed the visual design for a major web launch.
1 year: Remi’s brand is visually distinct, consistent across all channels, and trusted by thousands of homeowners.
A versatile creative: Your portfolio shows high-level conceptual strength paired with meticulous execution (Web, Social, Print).
A technical master: You are fluent in Figma and Adobe CC.
A curious tinkerer: You are constantly asking "what if" and learning new tools (AI, Cursor, etc.) to speed up your craft.
You prefer hand-off over collaboration.
You struggle to balance "perfect" design with the need for speed.
