Your Mission: Are you a creative designer ready to take our brand to the next level? Basic-Fit is looking for a Senior Brand Designer who will help us enhance our already strong visual identity. This role is not just about making things look good; it's about creating designs that genuinely connect with our community and reflect our values.
Your Journey: As a Senior Brand Designer, you will play a key role in delivering consistent and engaging designs across all platforms. Your goal? To ensure Basic-Fit stands out in a meaningful way, whether online or in print. Your design expertise will help shape our brand as we continue to grow.
Your Impact:
Design Development: Create marketing materials such as social media graphics, digital ads, email campaigns, print collateral, and signage that align with our brand goals.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house agency and studio (video editing), Brand Team, UX-and Digital performance team to execute campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Brand Ambassador and Guardian: Help further develop and implement our visual guidelines across all channels to ensure consistency.
Presentation & Advocacy: Confidently present and explain design concepts to stakeholders, inspiring buy-in and proactively suggesting opportunities for brand growth.
Quality Control: Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards, maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while ensuring high quality in every piece of work.
Your Expertise:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Senior Brand Designer or in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or creative environment.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.
A solid portfolio showcasing your design work and understanding of design principles with knowledge across both print and digital mediums.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; you are outspoken, articulate, and comfortable sharing your vision with different audiences.
Proactive mindset: you take initiative, bring fresh ideas to the table, and thrive in anticipating needs rather than waiting for direction
You are confident and happy to work in a small and agile design team.
A genuine interest in fitness and wellness will be a bonus!
