Founded in 2019, Onebrief is backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, Battery Ventures, Insight Partners, Sapphire Ventures, and Human Capital. Valued at more than $2 billion, we continue to invest in product innovation, AI capabilities, and team growth.

Why This Role Exists

We are hiring a Senior Brand Designer to shape the visual presence of our brand across all marketing and sales touchpoints. Our software supports teams making critical operational decisions, and our visual identity needs to reflect that same level of reliability and groundedness. This role exists to ensure our external materials accurately convey the quality of the systems we build.

In this role, you will translate complex operational and technical concepts into impactful, cohesive visual designs. Whether you are developing materials for industry events, evolving our website graphics, or building sales enablement collateral, you will partner closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to move important work forward.

Success here requires taking ownership of your projects and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will be a steward of our brand, ensuring that every piece of collateral we deploy is well-designed and professional.

What You’ll Do

You will partner closely with our marketing and cross-functional teams to elevate our brand presence across diverse touchpoints. Your core responsibilities include:

  • creating compelling designs for marketing campaigns, including digital and print collateral, social media assets, email templates, and advertisements

  • designing eye-catching materials for industry events and trade shows, such as booth graphics, banners, signage, and promotional items

  • developing graphics and visuals for the company website to ensure alignment with brand standards and enhance user experience

  • building visually engaging sales tools, such as presentations, one-pagers, datasheets, and case studies, to support the sales team

  • ensuring all designs adhere to established brand guidelines while acting as a brand ambassador to maintain visual consistency across all materials

  • managing multiple design projects simultaneously, owning project timelines, and working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality work

Minimum Qualifications
  • 7 or more years of design experience for B2B or technology-focused brands, supported by a strong portfolio of marketing and sales collateral

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as design tools like Figma or Sketch

  • Proven ability to apply and adapt brand guidelines to diverse projects while maintaining strict visual consistency

  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Meticulous approach to design and project management, ensuring polished, professional outcomes and organized asset documentation

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing specifically for the defense technology, aerospace, or government industries

  • Familiarity with web design principles and a basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Proven experience designing for marketing campaigns or lead-generation-focused projects

Indicators of Success

This role will evolve as priorities change, but the outcomes below reflect what success typically looks like in the first six months. A successful Brand Designer will:

  • deliver consistent, high-quality design assets that elevate our brand presence across all marketing and sales channels

  • establish a smooth, reliable process for managing and prioritizing multiple design requests from cross-functional stakeholders

  • improve the visual clarity and impact of our sales enablement materials, directly supporting our teams in the field

  • evolve and apply our visual identity guidelines to ensure all collateral remains cohesive, professional, and aligned with our company values

  • become a trusted partner to the marketing and product teams by successfully translating complex concepts into accessible visual formats
