From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Brand Designer to lead and scale our visual identity and brand expression. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand consistency across all media channels while producing high-quality web, print, and motion graphic assets, partnering cross-functionally to support our fast-growing business.

This is a senior level individual contributor role that offers the opportunity to build and optimize brand frameworks and creative content pipelines that support the continued success of Limble. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing Strategy and Brand and collaborates closely with key stakeholders across the organization.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Drive brand consistency by utilizing your proven graphic design experience to develop and influence how Limble's brand expresses itself through print, digital, and motion assets.

  • Design compelling collateral in all media, including website updates, marketing campaigns, product launches, presentations, and internal and external communications.

  • Integrate motion and static graphics seamlessly into sales enablement materials, marketing emails, social media campaigns, YouTube videos, and the corporate website.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other internal departments to review feedback, solve design challenges, and align visuals with strategic business objectives.

  • Act as a trusted creative advisor to stakeholders, balancing their requests with what's right for the brand.

How We’ll Measure Success
  • Consistent, on-time delivery against marketing and sales deadlines.

  • High satisfaction among internal stakeholders (Sales and Marketing) requesting creative support.

  • Measurable support of Marketing's pipeline goals through effective creative assets and campaigns.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive creative experience, ideally demonstrating a track record scaling creative outputs and brand maturity from early-stage to growth stage within a B2B SaaS growth environment.

  • Advanced expertise in design and motion tools, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

  • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, UI/UX implementation principles, and web development fundamentals such as Webflow.

  • Outstanding portfolio showing strategic creative execution, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to pivot creative directions while protecting brand integrity.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a history of successfully collaborating in a team environment.

  • Demonstrates fluency with AI tools and workflows, applying them pragmatically to accelerate work while exercising sound judgment about when and how to use them.

  • Experience briefing, directing, and managing outside agencies or freelance creative talent.

  • Working knowledge of accessible design practices (e.g., WCAG standards).
