This a fully remote, temporary position (until approximately May 2027).

"The Marketing team is poised for unprecedented growth and opportunity. We're in a very unique position where we've experienced tremendous success but are far from exhausting the whitespace around us. There is a unique opportunity to join a rising organization and make a significant and immediate impact." Mark Lynch - Senior Director, Demand Generation

Our mission is to grow and strengthen Absorb and Together’s brand reach, audience engagement and inbound acquisition engine across traditional search and LLM-driven discovery. As Senior Brand Content Marketer, your role is to produce original, AI-enabled content that ranks and converts. You are a seasoned collaborator and someone that’s comfortable working in a fluid environment with stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns and messaging are always on brand and on point. You embrace AI as a valuable tool to streamline content creation and optimization and are excited about the power of learning, both in terms of the content you’ll create and your own professional development.

What you’ll do:

  • Create non-commodity content that AI can’t replicate based on customer interviews and SME-driven insight: blogs, ghostwritten thought leadership articles , original research, video scripts, etc.

  • Optimize existing webpages and copy for conversion and activation.

  • Measure success in search visibility and conversion, not just vanity metrics

  • Combine SEO, conversion copywriting, and growth marketing instincts.

  • Use AI to write the bulk of first drafts, then apply taste, editorial judgment, and audience understanding to ensure the content is distinctive to our brand

  • Develop a deep understanding of our corporate learning audience and wider industry.

  • Conduct research within the learning landscape to support GTM messaging.

  • Stay updated with the latest AI advancements in content writing

  • Ensure grammatical accuracy, message clarity, and a consistent style and voice throughout all content.

  • Monitor industry trends, current events, and best practices to make recommendations for timely content.

  • Work in sprints, with data and results driving priorities — not a fixed content calendar

  • Ad-hoc content duties as required.

What you'll bring:

  • A degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a similar field is required

  • At least 8 years’ experience in a corporate content role

  • Active use of AI in your daily workflow

  • Editorial conviction; a natural storyteller with the ability to take key messages and adapt them across formats and channels.

  • Thorough understanding and experience in content writing for all platforms (digital, social, print, etc.)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks while meeting deadlines

  • Experience with tools in marketing such as Claude, ClickUp, Google Analytics, Google Console, Ahrefs, etc.

  • Experience writing in a corporate B2B environment

  • A keen interest in the latest trends and best practices
