Senior BOLI Analyst provides operational, analytical, compliance, and administrative expertise across the Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) business. This position supports the full BOLI lifecycle, including quality assurance and compliance controls, agent contracting and compensation, policy administration, financial underwriting, Salesforce administration, operational reporting, and distribution support. The role partners with internal teams, distribution partners, vendors, and technology resources to ensure accurate and compliant execution of BOLI processes while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, controls, data quality, and service delivery.

This position is can be hybrid or remote but must be local to the Cincinnati area.

Preferred Qualifications

What sets you up for success

  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelors degree preferred
  • 4+ years relevant experience in life insurance, BOLI, financial services, insurance operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) preferred. 
  • Experience supporting insurance policy administration, agent contracting, licensing, or compensation processes preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM or workflow management platform.

Skills Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree
