● Establish and sustain Wind Blade Engineering PMO structures, frameworks, and standard work to support effective execution and governance.
● Partner with Blade Engineering Functional Managers to align priorities, capacity, and resource allocation across engineering initiatives.
● Lead the Wind Blade Engineering operations rhythm, including Daily Management meetings, ensuring alignment with broader Wind Engineering operating processes and critical deliverables.
● Own fiscal year budget planning through the SII process, including NPI, NTI, and Services project portfolios.
● Coordinate with Systems Project Managers to ensure appropriate allocation of OPEX budget and headcount to projects.
● Develop and maintain PMO reporting, metrics, and dashboards to provide transparent visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and milestone achievement.
● Support project governance forums through agenda preparation, meeting facilitation, action tracking, and follow-up on decisions and escalations.
● Drive standardization and continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and routines.
