Position Summary You will join our Singapore manufacturing team to support the set-up and steady-state operation of end-to-end bioprocess production. You will work closely with colleagues in operations, quality and engineering to run safe, reliable and compliant manufacturing processes. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Operate and monitor bioprocess equipment and systems, including media and buffer preparation, fermentation, purification and filtration, following established procedures. - Support commissioning, installation and qualification activities to meet project milestones and support new equipment introductions. - Maintain accurate production and quality records and support timely batch handovers and electronic record systems. - Follow good manufacturing practice and site safety rules; report deviations and support investigations and corrective actions. - Coach and support colleagues through on-the-job training and knowledge transfer activities. - Identify and suggest practical process or equipment improvements to increase safety, quality and uptime. Why You? Working pattern This role is on-site at our Singapore manufacturing facility. Shift work and occasional on-call duties may be required. You will collaborate regularly with colleagues across operations, quality and engineering. The role gives strong development opportunities and exposure to commissioning projects and continuous improvement work. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Right to work in Singapore and willingness to work on-site at a manufacturing facility. - Diploma, Higher Nitec or equivalent practical experience in biotechnology, chemical engineering, life sciences or a related field. - At least 2 years practical experience in manufacturing, process or laboratory operations in a regulated or technical environment. - Demonstrable ability to follow procedures, complete accurate documentation and work to quality standards. - Strong awareness of safety, hygiene and environmental requirements and ability to apply them consistently. - Good communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively with different teams. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience with biologics or chemical manufacturing activities such as media/buffer prep, fermentation, chromatography, filtration or ultrafiltration. - Experience participating in commissioning and qualification activities (for example, IQ/OQ/PQ). - Familiarity with computerized production systems, MES or electronic batch records. - Practical troubleshooting skills for process or mechanical equipment and ability to lead investigations. - Experience developing or improving standard operating procedures, checklists or training materials. - Prior experience coaching or leading small teams and supporting knowledge transfer.
